Ewan is now doing his homework which was impossible before, he doesn't look like he's in pain when reading and reads more at home. His teacher said its hard to tell but he is finally progressing forward after a stalled couple of years.

Julia has increased her reading and is really enjoying her chapter books now. Her teacher said straight away that they're definitely making a difference.  She's gone up a few reading levels and it is now pleasant to listen to her reading. She's fluent now where as she was very staggered before."

Willow can now complete her homework, she is beginning to read for pleasure, her confidence is still much improved, sports skills also better, she is less tired after school which is an indication that her brain is less stressed/more efficient in the classroom environment, she often re-uses the Cellfield reading technique to speed herself back up again, her confidence is growing. She is a changed lass indeed!

We now have a motivated and confident student.

Our 8 year old grandson has had difficulty with his reading and because of this he has been falling behind in his class work.

A recommendation was made that the "Cellfield Intervention Vision Link System" may be of benefit to him. An appointment was made with Mark Eagle at "Shattky Optometrists" for an assessment which showed that he was 'dyslectic' and the program would suit.

Recently we were asked by our son and his wife to transport Eoin to some of the sessions under this system and we were able to sit in on these sessions. We would like to say how impressed we are in the progress he has made each week and also the confidence he has gained in himself and with his ability now to read aloud and enjoying doing so.

We understand that his school work has benefited greatly in that he has now progressed from a 'level 4' to a 'level 8' in his reading which means he is now near to the standard he should be for his age group. His spelling has improved as well and he is now only one stage lower than he should be for his age group.

We must also commend Renee with her ability to gain Eoin's confidence and friendship at an early stage which helped immensely throughout the course.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this course to any child with this type of disability.

We, my husband and I, have noticed big changes since Jack has been wearing his Irlen glasses. When he is doing his homework, he no longer rubs his eyes, looks away from his work, fidgets in his seat or yawns.His reading isn't as dis-jointed as It was and now there Is definately more fluency.

Jacks class mates have accepted him wearing his Irlens glasses with no problems at all which is fantastic. He started with a new teacher at the beginning of the year when he first started wearing his glasses so are yet to see the results from that side of things.In saying that we have started Jack with a private tutor once a week to help him catch up on the fundamental aspects of his early years at school which he's missed and the tutor has said he's doing fine. So that's good news.

Sometimes Jack doesn't wear his glasses in class, as he says he doesn't need them, which I know is fair enough. He is also starting to realise that sometimes he makes mistakes when writing things down due to not wearing them.Which is great since he's come to that conclusion himself.

Obviously It's early days with him wearing his glasses, but what we've seen has been very positive.

Since I got my Irlen glasses I have been wearing them non stop!

I use them not only to help me read better, but also to do every day things and for work. For work I'm outside in the sun for up to 6 hours a day, before I had Irlen glasses I would often get headaches or even migraines, but now I don't get any headaches or migraines!!

People may look at me funny for wearing blue glasses (especially when it's not sunny out), but I don't care! The way I see it I'm getting the relief so I'm wearing my glasses.

Many thanks to your team for introducing me to the Irlen reading glasses.

Since changing to Irlen glasses I am now able to read without getting sore eyes and falling asleep after 10 minutes. There are many more subtle changes that makes reading a pleasure rather than the chore it used to be.

I hope this message is shared with others especially parents with children who struggle with their reading at school. It is such a simple process to rectify when we become aware.
