Our Shattky Spectacle Guarantee

We believe the spectacles we provide you with will meet your expectations in every way possible and therefore guarantee them for 24 months from the date of purchase.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your spectacles, contact your Visique Shattky Optometrist immediately.

This guarantee applies when recommended procedures for care and cleaning have been followed, and does not cover scratches, the loss or theft of your spectacles or replacement of lenses if your sight changes.

Proof of purchase is required so please keep your receipt.

  

Frames: If your frame breaks under normal wearing conditions, Visique will repair or replace them free of charge at any point within 24 months of purchase date.

  
Lenses: If you experience any problems with your lenses, including the quality of the lenses or adaptation to your prescription, contact your Visique optometrist immediately. Your Visique optometrist will replace lenses with any manufacturing fault or defect. Your lenses have been treated to make them as durable as possible, however any lens can scratch or break if not treated with care.
  
Adjustments and servicing: Your Visique optometrist will adjust and clean your spectacles at no cost to you, for the lifetime of your spectacles.
